DESCRIPTION
NMT Istanbul succesfully, efficiently and ahead of schedule delivered 2 liquid gas tanks weighing 80 tons and diameter 5400 mm from Gebze factory to Elabuga /Russian Federation on behalf of it's logistic partner Logis AS.
The liquid gas tanks were loaded in Gebze onto hydraulic multimodal axels and transported to Tuzla Ship Yard for the transshipment in Derince by barge. Due to high limitation on the carriage way, the tanks were transported to the loading port by a combination of truck and barge. Transshipment was done by a 500 tons mobile crane. The transport was performed in a continous operation and completed within a 7 day transit time from factory to discharging in Rostov, Russia as requested by Air Liquide.
