Eelco started his career as ship agent and chartering broker in the mid 1980’s and has been involved in project logistics with NMT Projects from 1990 onwards. Eelco has vast experience in project logistcs and specialized in management of Oil & Gas- and (renewable) power generation projects for international clients and EPC companies. Through the years Eelco has, together with his partners and co-workers, built the NMT organisation to it’s present status as a renowned hands-on project forwarder. Currently Eelco is the Global NMT Projects Group Director based in the Netherlands and jointly with the global office directors responsible for the group’s management and development.
Ric has been involved in project logistics since 2002, previous to that was in the engineering product supply for over 11 years. Ric has a wealth of operational knowledge and experience planning, managing and effecting the movement of oversize and heavy cargoes whether being one off shipments or for a major infrastructure project. Ric Project Directed the caisson and dolphin shipments for the Chevron Gorgon Project, Solomon Firetail and Kings Valley projects for Fortescue Minerals and recently Roy Hill Project Package 1 (Mine) for Samsung Mining & Construction. In total Ric has been the lead of over 1.3 million freight tonnes of cargo globally. Ric Earnshaw is the Managing Director of NMT Australia.
Vivian has a Master Marine degree and has over 22 years of sailing experience on various types of vessels (Ro-Ro, Tankers, Bulk Carriers and Containers vessels). After his career at sea, Vivian started in the project cargo business handling all types cargo handling, ocean transportation, chartering and road-transportation. With 21 years of onshore experience combined with his 22 years offshore, Vivian is a of high value within the organisation. Vivian Verma is Managing Director of NMT Dubai.
With over 28 years of experience in the field of International Logistics and previous work history for such companies as Hellmann Worldwide, Stewart & Stevenson, and World Commerce she helped establish the NMT Houston office in April of 2004 serving as Vice President from 2004 – 2008 before being named President. In 2008 she was the recipient of the Outstanding Women in Transportation award by the Journal of Commerce in recognition of her contributions, leadership, and visibility of women in transportation. Olga has been a member of the Organization of International Trade “OWIT” - Houston Chapter since 2009 and has served on the Board as both Secretary and Treasurer. Olga Baez is the Managing Director of NMT USA.
